Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service during the holiday season through sales and giftwrapping duties. Role supports store teams to create elevated shopping experiences and may include commission opportunities for sales. Position runs seasonally from late October through late December with varying shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs within assigned store areas
• Provide product guidance and refer customers to specialists when needed
• Process sales transactions and support achieving sales targets
• Perform giftwrapping and packaging to elevated store standards
• Maintain packaging supplies and ensure presentation is consistent
• Work collaboratively with store team to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• Availability for varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
