Seasonal Associate responsible for order fulfillment and stock movement in a luxury retail store. Role focuses on accurately processing customer and online orders, packaging and inspecting merchandise, maintaining organized stock areas, and supporting timely merchandise flow during the holiday season.
Responsibilities
- Process Customer Transfer Sale and online orders including pick lists and shipping confirmations
- Package and inspect client orders checking quality and correct items before shipping
- Process customer returns and update system records
- Maintain stock areas neat and organized and assist with stock recovery and fixture moves
- Receive merchandise onto the selling floor and execute same day client transfer requests
- Process price changes, markdowns, returns to vendor, and consolidations on schedule
- Track fulfillment rates, update cancellation reports, and replenish supplies
- Follow Health and Safety policies while moving merchandise and using ladders
Requirements
- Passion for brand and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and demonstrate teamwork
- Ability to stand for periods and move between sales floor and back office
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder as required
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
- Availability for holiday season between October 27 and January 10
- Availability for optional overnight shifts during peak sales week on a volunteer basis
