Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
- Provide excellent customer service with honest style and fit recommendations
- Stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns and light cleaning
- Fill orders and assist with other department duties as needed
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
- Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the one hired into
