Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. This entry level retail role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, and representing brand standards while building customer connections and potential future leadership pathways.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer focus
• Support company and store initiatives and uphold brand expectations
• Participate in team training and use new technology to execute business results
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide customer feedback to management
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and digital tools
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Operate register and support multiple shopping channels to broaden product discovery

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co workers
