Summary
Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a customer first shopping experience, meeting individual sales objectives, and supporting store operations during peak periods. Role focuses on driving sales through personalized service, product knowledge, and participation in company trainings while maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of monthly and seasonal sales plans through teamwork.
- Engage customers in loyalty programs and educate on promotions and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation standards.
- Complete opening and closing duties and support back of house processes.
- Participate in floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Maintain visual standards using company guidelines.
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with management and colleagues.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and work for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Willingness to complete required company trainings.
