Summary
Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, meeting sales objectives, and representing the brand through styling knowledge and excellent customer service. This entry level role supports store standards and may lead to future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of store sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures
- Engage customers through company programs such as Polo Connect
- Assist in fitting rooms, sizing support, and maintain store standards
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and potential travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers
- Commitment to upholding store visual standards and company guidelines
