Summary
Seasonal Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and achieving sales goals. This role engages customers, supports use of technology and alternative purchasing methods, and helps maintain store standards. The position requires flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends and may include travel.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize technology and alternative purchasing processes like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Support product discovery tools such as QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Assist with merchandising and operational tasks including cashwrap and dressing room support
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
- Ability to operate the register and support store operations
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
