Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring customer experiences in a high-volume retail environment during the seasonal period. They drive sales through customer focus, support store initiatives and technologies, and act as entry points for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales to achieve individual and team goals.
• Proactively engage customers and prioritize customer centric decision making.
• Support and execute company and store initiatives and training.
• Utilize digital and alternative purchasing tools to broaden sales channels.
• Represent and deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences.
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele.
• Ensure sales floor standards and presentation are maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Effective verbal communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to stand, walk, move merchandise and operate a register for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and store personnel.
