Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. This seasonal role focuses on driving sales through exceptional customer service, supporting store initiatives, and participating in team training while representing the brand values.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Deliver a consistent in-store experience aligned to brand expectations
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize available shopping tools and technology to support sales and alternative purchase paths
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
- Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation is met at all times
- Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer product discovery
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register stand and be on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts or travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co-workers
