Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, and representing brand standards while developing customer relationships and potential for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives
• Utilize in store technologies and alternative purchase options to support sales
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred in a high volume or specialty environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and operate register
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
