Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a customer-first, personalized shopping experience while supporting store operations and visual standards. This seasonal sales role focuses on driving individual and team KPIs, assisting customers with styling and fit, and upholding brand presentation. The position is an entry point for future leadership opportunities and requires a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture, using available tools to drive performance.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales plans through collaboration and adherence to brand standards and procedures.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, styling, and educating them on available programs and offerings.
• Support store operations including opening and closing tasks, floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and maintaining BOH standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide product and category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods and to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
