Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, the Seasonal Client Advisor partners with sales operations visual merchandising and management to support the full client experience. This role provides personalized service on the sales floor and back of house while upholding brand standards and supporting operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and welcome clients providing an elevated client experience.
- Engage with clients to build relationships and understand needs to support sales objectives.
- Support Client Advisors and execute product retrieval and delivery from BOH to FOH.
- Create and manage product care requests and related ticketing as needed.
- Assist in executing and maintaining company visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and BOH organization and go-backs.
- Perform operational tasks as directed by management to support store objectives.
- Maintain professional presentation and adhere to company policies and brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment.
- Client service or hospitality experience is acceptable.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional presentation.
- Dependable punctual and flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in English written and verbal; additional languages preferred.
