Summary
Partner with store leadership to support the full life cycle of the client experience at the Livermore outlet. Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador performing front of house and back of house tasks to ensure a personalized and elevated client experience during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver exceptional client service to meet individual and team objectives.
- Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Support Client Advisors and retrieve product from back of house to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising, organizing displays, and repositioning merchandise.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and operational tasks including go-backs and BOH organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Client oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and dependable, punctual work habits.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Excellent problem solving and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
