Seasonal Client Advisor

Summary

Seasonal Client Advisors represent the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client experiences through hospitality, communication, and operational support in a luxury retail setting. The role supports sales floor activities, gifting services, and store operations to enhance the client journey and drive service and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable luxury brand experiences.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and completing point of sale transactions.
• Maintain hospitality area and engraving station where applicable.
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management.
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor orderly and clean.
• Assist operations team with store policies and after sales servicing.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail or luxury retail or client facing experience such as hospitality.
• Ability to work non traditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
