Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and products
• Use networking and technology including text and social media to grow sales
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Work flexibly across departments when business needs require
