Summary
Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through greeting customers, connecting them to services such as online order pickup and alterations, supporting stylists and in-store events, and maintaining back of house organization and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers using storytelling and effective communication
- Assess customer needs and connect them to services like pickup, alterations, returns, and gift wrapping
- Answer phones and communicate with customers via email providing trend fit and style feedback
- Support inventory management and maintain organization and cleanliness in back of house areas
- Assist with event execution including RSVPs and greeting guests
- Perform opening and closing procedures and follow security protocols for some shifts
- Complete light cleaning tasks such as sweeping dusting vacuuming dishwashing and restroom maintenance
Requirements
- High level of ownership accountability and initiative
- Ability to identify customer opportunities and resolve issues
- Adaptability to new initiatives concepts and services within the store
- Proven success working in a fast paced environment with multi tasking ability
- Ability to frequently lift and carry 1-25 lbs and occasionally 25-50 lbs
- Basic understanding of technology tools and computer applications such as Outlook Excel and scheduling tools
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences
