Summary

Seasonal Operations Associate supporting store operations during peak season by handling inbound and outbound merchandise, performing inventory control, and maintaining safety and efficiency on the receiving dock. Role reports to an Operations Manager and requires flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise for client shipment transfer to other stores or distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Follow all safety procedures on the receiving dock and in work areas
• Use retail and mobile technologies to support operations tasks
• Work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work nights weekends and holidays as business needs require
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
