Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and driving sales. Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activities
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize digital tools and alternative purchase methods to broaden product accessibility
- Represent and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, maneuver on the sales floor and operate the register for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
