Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and style
• Use networking and technology including text and social media to drive sales
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Work a flexible schedule that varies by week according to business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
