Seasonal Retail Associate

Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak holiday periods by welcoming clients, assisting across store areas, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Role reports to a Senior Manager and focuses on enhancing the client experience through in-person interactions and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition them to appropriate associates
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process efficient point of sale transactions as needed
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect clients with management
• Demonstrate follow up on customer requests and questions
• Support buy online pick up in store and curbside pickup operations
• Assist with alterations pickups and fitting room experiences
• Promote store services such as alterations personalization and package delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
