Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. The role focuses on styling, leveraging digital tools and omni-channel inventory to achieve sales and client conversion goals. This position is onsite at the specified Northpark Center location and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients
• Use digital tools and store technology for outreach and selling
• Work with omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to service clients
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize business to increase individual productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including part-time hours
