Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate responsible for enhancing the client experience on the selling floor during peak holiday season by providing exceptional customer service, supporting point of sale operations, and assisting across store areas as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition them to appropriate associates
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated issues and connect customers with management when necessary
• Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup and coordinate alterations and online pickups
• Partner to support fitting room experiences when needed
• Introduce clients to services such as alterations, personalization, and package carry-out or delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to handle customer escalations with professionalism
• Strong communication and client service skills
