Summary
Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak holiday periods to enhance the client experience through welcoming, assisting, and transitioning customers to appropriate associates while delivering excellent service across store areas.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition them to appropriate associates
- Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently as needed
- Handle escalated customer issues and connect customers with management when required
- Follow up on customer requests questions and needs
- Support BOPIS Curbside pickup and Alterations in partnership with Operations and Managers
- Support fitting room experiences when needed
- Promote services such as Alterations Personalization food or beverage and package carry out or delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in multiple store areas and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
