Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak holiday periods to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the client experience across store areas. The role involves greeting clients, assisting with transactions, supporting pickups and fitting rooms, and escalating issues to management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition them to appropriate associates
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect clients with management
• Follow up on customer requests, questions and needs
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup and assist with alterations pickups
• Support fitting room experiences when needed
• Promote store services such as alterations, personalization, and package carry-out or delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer-centric experience with proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
