Seasonal store support role focused on delivering excellent customer service at the point of sale and maintaining the sales floor in Accessories. The position involves assisting customers with transactions, returns and phone inquiries while supporting order fulfillment and pickup as needed. This role requires flexibility to work varied schedules during the peak season and frequent physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales and returns
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Keep cash wrap area and sales floor organized, restocked and runway ready
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up as business needs require
• Stay informed on product trends to help customers with purchase decisions
• Build customer relationships by sharing information about events and rewards programs
• Perform light cleaning and merchandising tasks across the department
• Prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills and follow through
• Ability to multitask and problem solve in a busy retail setting
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours per shift
