Seasonal retail team member who provides excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor, assisting customers with purchases, returns and order fulfillment while maintaining a well organized and visually appealing department.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and listen to customer needs
- Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
- Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
- Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge to aid customer purchase decisions
- Build customer relationships by communicating about events, gift cards and rewards
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, follow through and problem solving ability
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
