Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on product fit
- Use text and social media to cultivate a customer following
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Be flexible to work occasional shifts in other departments
- Meet physical demands including lifting and frequent movement
