Summary

The Seasonal Retail Salesperson provides fashion and styling guidance while growing customer relationships through in-store and digital selling. This role supports sales goals and keeps the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and style feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist in other departments when needed.
