The Seasonal Retail Salesperson supports the Holiday Gift Shop by providing fashion and styling guidance and building lasting customer relationships. The role includes in-store and digital selling, with a variable schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work collaboratively and flexibly, including occasional duties in other departments.
