Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful, honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to better serve customers.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, complete price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Open new rewards program accounts and contribute to a customer-ready department.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules based on business needs.
