Summary

Provide fashion-focused customer service and sales support in the Holiday Gift Shop. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit guidance, and share product knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and assist in other departments as needed.
