Summary

The Seasonal Retail Sales associate provides personalized service and styling advice while working toward sales goals in-store and through digital tools. This role builds customer relationships, develops product knowledge, and helps maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge and encourage enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, complete markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require.
