Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients through personalized selling and engagement
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and technology usage to grow individual productivity
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
• Serve clients both in-store and remotely using company technology

Requirements

• Previous styling, fashion, or fashion retail experience
• Experience with digital selling tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible work schedule including availability for seasonal hours
• Ability to provide elevated customer service and build client relationships
