Summary
Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and supporting store operations to ensure timely and accurate merchandise flow and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming freight and unpack merchandise
- Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
- Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store tasks such as special event setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using various technologies and computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Eligible to work in the location and pass background checks as required
