Summary

As a Seasonal Sales Associate you will support store sales by delivering exceptional customer service, driving transactions, and maintaining visual standards during high-volume periods. This part-time role requires flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts and focus on achieving sales goals. You will assist customers with product selection, process sales at the point of purchase, and help maintain floor presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and recommend products
• Process sales accurately using POS and handle returns according to policy
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock and price items as directed
• Support inventory activities and loss prevention practices
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
