Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and assist with their needs within assigned store areas
• Provide product knowledge and styling guidance in departments such as accessories, menswear, womenswear, gifting, jewelry and watches
• Refer customers to specialized colleagues for additional services such as personal shopping
• Support sales objectives and may earn commission on sales
• Work various shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday period
• Maintain a professional and brand‑aligned presentation on the sales floor

Requirements

• Passion for luxury fashion and face to face customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
• Availability for varied shifts between late October and late December
• Willingness to learn through on the job training
