Summary
Partnering with store management, the Seasonal Sales Support assists sales, operations, and visual merchandising to ensure a seamless and personalized client experience both front of house and back of house. This role upholds brand standards while supporting inventory, product retrieval, and client requests during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and support Client Advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards and display repositioning.
- Support inventory preparation and execution per management requests.
- Perform back of house organization and product assortment go-backs.
- Contribute to store objectives and participate in team activities.
- Follow company policies procedures and respect brand grooming standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or client oriented service roles acceptable.
- Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and client centric skills.
- Professional presentation and effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Dependable punctual and flexible with strong attention to detail.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strong problem solving skills.
