Summary
Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate providing clerical and floor support for front and back of house boutique operations. Role includes assisting clients, supporting sales team activities, maintaining merchandise presentation, and handling after sales logging and client communications. Position requires customer service orientation, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients promptly and offer assistance at point of sale.
- Support sales team with selling process including hanging and returning merchandise.
- Retrieve stock and prepare items for the selling floor and stock room.
- Organize and maintain work station and selling floor merchandise standards.
- Stock wrapping and packaging supplies such as boxes ribbons and stationary.
- Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter Host activities.
- Assist After Sales tasks including logging repairs contacting clients and maintaining records.
- Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
- Ability to perform clerical support for front and back of house operations.
- Prior retail or boutique support experience preferred.
- Flexibility to perform seasonal temporary duties.
