Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, the Seasonal Sales Support partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the full client experience both front of house and back of house. This role executes product retrieval and care, assists with visual merchandising and inventory preparation, and upholds brand standards while contributing to a positive store environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience.
- Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing BOH and FOH product assortment and go-backs.
- Help prepare and execute inventory tasks as requested by management.
- Support visual merchandising standards by organizing and repositioning displays.
- Perform operational tasks and contribute to store objectives as a team member.
- Maintain professional grooming and behavior consistent with brand standards.
- Follow company policies and perform additional duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or client service roles is acceptable.
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and client centric skills.
- Professional presentation and effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and detail oriented.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems.
- Willingness to perform varied tasks as requested by management.
