Summary

Seasonal Sales Support provides in-store assistance during the holiday season, acting as a brand ambassador to welcome and assist clients and elevate the customer experience. The role supports sales and store operations through hospitality, POS tasks, inventory help, and special projects to ensure smooth service during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients on the sales floor, ensuring a memorable and high-quality client experience.
• Improve client experience through hospitality and maintaining store amenities.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, keeping them fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchases.
• Assist operations team with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (such as hospitality) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
