Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. The role welcomes clients, assists across store departments, and provides flexible support based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
• Support sales, point-of-sale transactions, fitting rooms, BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations.
• Respond to customer requests and connect escalated issues with a manager.
• Introduce clients to store services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
