Seasonal Support Associate - North Michigan

Summary

The Seasonal Support Associate supports sales and store operations by processing merchandise receipts and maintaining organized stockroom standards. This role prepares new merchandise for the sales floor and helps ensure an efficient, positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, offload, sort, and prepare merchandise and supplies for processing.
• Tag and ticket merchandise, place products on the sales floor, and follow floor maps and visual standards.
• Maintain organized and safe stockroom and receiving areas, and complete price changes, damages, and returns.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures and attendance expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and basic math skills.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
