Senior Client Advisor - Aventura Mall

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor provides a sophisticated client experience while supporting boutique leadership through coaching, operational oversight, and maintaining brand standards. This role drives store KPIs, builds and retains a strong client portfolio, and may act as manager on duty when required. The SCA contributes to visual merchandising, inventory processes, and a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable, personalized service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices.
• Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, and repurchase rate.
• Manage CRM updating and client outreach to retain and acquire clients.
• Act as manager on duty overseeing floor operations and team coordination when required.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
• Provide insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Perform additional duties to support boutique operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience in women's and men's ready to wear selling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and results driven approach.
• Ability to mentor staff and promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Adaptability to a fast paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
