Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing client relationships while upholding visual merchandising and operational standards. In the absence of store management, this role oversees store operations and staff as the most senior on-site presence. The position requires exceptional customer service, local market knowledge, and participation in store events and projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and client experience
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals, and store standards
• Open and close the store and perform all opening and closing procedures
• Support operational tasks and store projects including inventory and special events
• Maintain and grow existing clientele and reach new prospects through outreach and networking

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-focused sales
• Established clientele following preferred
• Availability for open scheduling including weekends in a seven-day operation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor aligned with brand lifestyle
• Strong independent work ethic, time management, and integrity
