- Drive individual KPI goals and ensure high-quality sales and customer service.
- Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
- Support store operations and uphold Gucci visual standards.
- Address difficult client issues as the first point of contact.
Requirements- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
