Senior Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor provides a memorable luxury client experience while supporting boutique leadership through coaching, operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards. This role drives store KPIs, mentors sales staff, acts as MOD when required, and helps build and retain a strong client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable, personalized service and act as a brand ambassador
• Coach and mentor the sales team and share best practices
• Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, and repurchase rate
• Manage client relationships and maintain CRM data
• Act as manager on duty to oversee floor operations and team coordination
• Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed
• Support visual merchandising standards and inventory processes
• Provide insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience with women's and men's ready to wear
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results driven with leadership and coaching capabilities
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to build and maintain a client portfolio and use clientele tools
