- Develop high-value and bespoke sales, focusing on Les Cabinotiers clientele.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
- Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
- Maintain the brand's high standards and assist with daily boutique operations.
- Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
Requirements- 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
- General knowledge and interest in timepiece movements.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
