Senior Client Advisor - Phipps Plaza

As a Senior Client Advisor at Phipps Plaza, you will play a crucial role in delivering a personalized premium client experience. You will demonstrate expertise with curiosity and humility, fostering long-term relationships with clients and turning them into ambassadors for the brand.

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships both inside and outside the boutique.
• Proactively bring in new and develop existing clientele.
• Develop high-value and bespoke sales, focusing on Les Cabinotiers clientele.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
• Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
• Maintain the brand's high standards and assist with daily boutique operations.
• Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
• Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge and interest in timepiece movements.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
• Self-starter with a team-player approach.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
