Summary
The Senior Client Advisor will oversee the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, drive sales and key performance indicators, and deliver a memorable luxury client experience while supporting team development and upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client advisor team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development for team members
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
- Provide outstanding client and after sale service to all visitors and clients
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to grow business
- Drive performance to exceed sales and KPI goals with a business minded approach
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless looks for clients and demonstrate fashion expertise
- Support front and back of house teams and contribute to overall team spirit
Requirements
- Preferred experience in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Passion for fashion and strong personal taste with styling ability
- Natural business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfortable using tools and applications and quick to learn new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and problem solving attitude
- Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language
