Summary
The Senior Client Advisor delivers an exceptional luxury client experience while supporting boutique leadership, coaching the sales team, and maintaining brand and operational standards at the Charlotte SouthPark Mall boutique.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, personalized service and act as a brand ambassador.
- Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices.
- Drive KPIs including appointments, conversion, repurchase rate, UPT, and data enrichment.
- Manage CRM updates and proactively build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Act as manager on duty when required and oversee floor operations.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
- Provide insights on fashion trends and support a collaborative store environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience in women’s and men’s ready to wear.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven results orientation and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to mentor others and coach sales techniques.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
