Senior Engineer - AI Enablement

Summary

The Senior Engineer on the AI Enablement team builds and evolves AI platform capabilities that help technology teams use generative AI safely and at scale. This role leads complex technical work, guides platform direction, and supports developer productivity and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI platform solutions integrating developer tools, cloud services, LLM providers, and observability systems.
• Build AI infrastructure and tooling, improve deployment automation, and optimize databases and cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and AWS.
• Lead design reviews, make technical trade-offs, and promote engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and support incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Document designs, improve quality and security, and define meaningful metrics for platform components.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Expert Python programming skills and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and tools, including AWS AgentCore or similar platforms.
• Strong system design, analytical, debugging, communication, and mentoring skills.
